These Terms govern your use of the Workshop Tracking Android app and APIs at sarmadprotocol.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Workshop Tracking helps organizations manage departments, divisions, work tasks, and signature requests. It is provided as-is for business productivity. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts and recovery seed
Access is based on a BIP39 recovery seed you create or import. You are responsible for keeping that seed secret. Anyone with your seed can access your account. We cannot reset a lost seed. The App does not provide cryptocurrency transfers, mining, or payments—even if the same seed can be used later in other Sarmad apps.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful workplace purposes
- Do not attempt to break into other companies’ data
- Do not abuse invites, spam members, or disrupt the service
- Managers are responsible for who they invite into their company
4. Organization data
Company content is hosted on our servers. Managers may export or delete their company. Deleting a company removes that company’s hosted data. Deleting your personal account removes your account data; content you created inside a company may remain for other members unless the company is also deleted.
5. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
6. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the service.
